Benoit Aymonier

Graduate Engineer of Arts and Crafts and the ESIEE, I am an entrepreneur since 1994. I led several structures, recruited, trained and managed many teams. “The challenges of human management are much more difficult to meet than the challenges of a technical or organizational nature”, which the directors and managers whom I support unanimously confirm. Out of professional necessity and personal vocation, I developed solid skills in human relations and expertise in emotional intelligence. I trained in professional coaching in 2008 and today I work with an international clientele. In my opinion, nothing happens by chance, everything is a gift in life, on condition of going to feel and see what is hidden behind the veil of appearances. In this way, I help the people I accompany to “uncover” themselves in order to live in the presence and in connection with what they are deeply.
